Rooted in legacy and driven by vision, our brand was founded by Neel Patel and Masumi Shah with a singular purpose: to reimagine fine jewellery through a lens of heritage, artistry, and modern elegance. With family lineages spanning over 25 years in the diamond industry, both founders inherit a profound understanding of the craft—from the intricacies of loose stones to the brilliance of solitaires. Their journey is not only one of legacy but of innovation, where tradition meets a contemporary sensibility. Neel holds degrees in Astrophysics, Economics, and Business from the University of California, Santa Cruz, bringing strategic precision and global perspective to the brand. Masumi, an alumna of King’s College London with an MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship and Innovation, infuses each creation with artistic depth, drawing from her lifelong passion for design and visual storytelling. Together, they have created a house where craftsmanship meets intention—where every piece is thoughtfully designed, ethically sourced, and exquisitely crafted to reflect timeless beauty and personal expression.

The Leora Philosophy
Every Leora piece is meticulously handcrafted in-house in India. Each design goes through at least seven stages of refinement and takes around 40 hours to complete, brought to life by skilled local artisans. We work exclusively with natural diamonds, precious gemstones, and 100% gold, ensuring the highest standard of luxury and authenticity.
