Jewel Care, provided by Leora Exclusive Pvt Ltd (referred to as "Leora", “we”, “us”, and “our”), offers professional cleaning, repair, and polishing services for jewelry items belonging to individuals within the geographical scope of Mumbai, India.

Service Scope:

 

• Cleaning: Jewel Care includes the professional cleaning of jewelry items to restore their shine and luster.

• Repair: Leora will undertake repair services as agreed upon, subject to assessment and feasibility. The cost and timeline for repairs will be communicated to the customer before commencement.

• Polishing: Jewel Care offers polishing services to maintain or enhance the appearance of the jewellery.

• Rhodium plating: used to enhance the shine of the jewellery

 

Service Process:

 

1. To avail of Jewel Care services, individuals within Mumbai must submit their jewelry items at a designated Leora location or schedule a pick up through our website .

2. Leora will assess the items and provide a cost estimate and timeline for the services requested.

3. Upon approval by the customer, Leora will commence the agreed-upon services.

4. The completion timeline may vary depending on the type and extent of the service required.

Fees and Payments:

 

• The fees for Jewel Care services in Mumbai will be determined based on the type and extent of the service required.

• Payment for services must be made in full before the release of the serviced jewelry.

• Leora reserves the right to revise service fees, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

 

Quality Assurance:

 

Leora ensures that Jewel Care services are carried out by trained professionals using appropriate techniques and equipment.

While every effort is made to deliver satisfactory results, the outcome may vary based on the condition of the jewelry and its materials.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their serviced jewelry upon collection. Any concerns should be addressed immediately.

 

Liability and Warranty:

 

Leora will not be held liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or inherent weaknesses in the jewelry.

The warranty for serviced items is limited to the specific services performed by Leora and does not cover subsequent damage or misuse.

 

Customer Responsibilities:

 

Customers must accurately disclose any known issues or sensitivities related to their jewelry items before the commencement of services.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect their serviced jewelry within the specified timeframe upon completion or schedule a prompt delivery upon completion. Items left uncollected may be subject to storage charges or disposal after 6 months time period.
